Digital Medicine society

The Digital Medicine Society partnered with digital health and pharma players like the FDA, Janssen, GSK, Medable and THREAD to build a toolkit aimed at improving diversity in digital research.

The toolkits are based on the Digital Medicine Society's Sensor Data Integrations project, which includes organizations like Amazon Web Services, Oracle, the Moffitt Cancer Center, Takeda and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Experts on a panel hosted by the Digital Medicine Society and the Consumer Technology Association discuss how healthcare organizations can utilize artificial intelligence without amplifying inequities.

The effort will be focused on using nocturnal scratch as an endpoint for atopic dermatitis. 

Digital health and data experts illustrate the risk of sharing anonymized fitness data and call for systematic reform.
